New Video Highlights TAHP’s Work Helping Homeless Pets Find Families

Greetings to one and all from both of us TAHP mascots – Patra and Tiberius! That’s right, we’ve teamed up today to share some exciting news. You may have heard about the awesome annual event that Texas Alliance for Homeless Pets holds – Super-Adoption, a huge push to bring as many homeless pets together with as many loving families as possible over the course of a weekend. Well, now we’ve got some video to show you just what goes on at this wonderful event!

Each year, TAHP teams up with over 30 DFW area shelters and rescue groups to bring hundreds of our fellow cats and dogs to one central location for easy adoption – and they make it fun for everyone! With face painting, live music, delicious food, bounce houses, and more, it’s no wonder that these events are such a success. But the main attraction is, of course, the animals.

Super-Adoption is all about finding forever homes for all our furry friends, so TAHP makes it easy to adopt right there, on the spot. The more pets leave the event with a new family, the happier all of us here at TAHP are.

And that’s why we’re so excited about this new video! The way we see it, the more people have a chance to see what we’re all about, the more pets we’ll be able to help. And this video gives an inside look into what goes on during Super-Adoption, and how it benefits our community – both people and pets!

One of the most important things this video also allows us to do is to thank our generous sponsors! Without their support, there would be no Super-Adoption, and hundreds of cats and dogs that have found families would still be in shelters. But because Pegasus Logistics Group, Petco, the ASPCA, and Subaru are so passionate about our cause, they helped us make our mega adoption event something truly special. We want to encourage every one of you, whether human or animal, to patronize our sponsors whenever you get the chance – and be sure to tell them that Texas Alliance for Homeless Pets sent you!

So take a few minutes to watch our new video. You might even want to show it to your pet – who knows? They might see an old friend! Then we’d like to ask one simple thing of you. Just think of a way you can help our cause, too. Maybe that means fostering a pet, or donating funds to a shelter. Maybe it means volunteering for a rescue group, or spreading the word about pet adoptions among your own family and friends. Or maybe it means buying your pet food at Petco or making your next car a Subaru. Regardless of how you help, every single contribution matters. Whether you give time, money, or support, your actions will help us to continue our work to help as many homeless animals as we possibly can. Thank you from both of us, and from all of us here at TAHP.
